Hydraulic Clamps

Hydraulic Clamp uses hydraulic systems to position, support and clamp parts for various purposes. Hydraulic clamps provide a consistent, repeatable force in a relatively small weight and size envelope, the work piece can be secured, in less time, with more accuracy and repeatability without sacrificing valuable fixture space.

HLC Hydraulic Leverage Clamp

Features

  • The clamping arm swings around when the clamping action is mode ‘ON’. Then piston travels downwards in a straight line until the clamping arm clamps the work piece tightly. During unclamping action, exactly reverse motions of piston &clamping arm take place
  • High holding capacity along with its compact design, can be easily integrated with the structure of fixtures and gauges, space saver, dust proof provision
  • Material:-Cylinder Body-Steel alloy, Clamping Elements-Steel alloy
  • Action type-Double acting
  • Piston &Inside of cylinder body is processed to achieve wear resistance to get long life
  • Maximum operating pressure – 70kgf/cm2 & Minimum operating pressure -10kgf/cm2
  • Note–Flow control valve is suggested to adjust the speed of the clamping and unclamping

  • Compact construction for space saving
  • Ideally suitable for applications where in restricted space available.
  • Can be directly mounted on fixtures
  • Cylinder barrel is made of steel alloy & internal surface is specially treated to achieve wear resistance & longlife
  • Axial & side manifold without upgrading pipe
  • Pressure Range:5kgf/cm2 to 140kgf/cm2
  • Action: Double Acting
